CONTENT GUIDELINES & COMMUNITY STANDARDS

GENERAL POLICY
Glass Gallery is a creative, safe, and premium platform designed to foster high-quality image sharing and inspiration. These guidelines outline our community standards. All uploaded images, descriptions, comments, and titles must comply with these guidelines. Violations will result in content removal, shadow-banning, suspension, or permanent account termination.

ZERO TOLERANCE: EXPLOITATION OF MINORS
We maintain an absolute ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any content depicting child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or child safety violations (CSAM/CSAE). 
WE WILL IMMEDIATELY EXPUNGE SUCH CONTENT, TERMINATE ALL ASSOCIATED ACCOUNTS, BAP THE USER'S IP/DEVICE SIGNATURES, AND IMMEDIATELY SUBMIT A CYBERTIPLINE REPORT TO THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR MISSING & EXPLOITED CHILDREN (NCMEC) AND ALL RELEVANT LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES.

PROHIBITED CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR
You may not upload, share, or embed any content that contains:
1. Intellectual Property Infringement. Do not upload photos that you did not take yourself, or for which you do not hold explicit copyright permissions. Respect license grants and other creators' watermarks.
2. Explicit Pornography. Explicit sexual acts, close-ups of genitals, or hardcore pornography designed solely for sexual gratification are prohibited. Artistic nudity, sculpture, or premium fine art photography is permitted but MUST be marked appropriately.
3. Hate Speech and Dehumanization. Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or severe hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
4. Harassment and Doxxing. Content meant to threaten, intimidate, humiliate, mock, or stalk others. Sharing personal, private details of anyone (phone numbers, home addresses, private photos) without their consent is strictly banned.
5. Violence, Gore, and Self-Harm. Graphic depictions of real-world physical violence, severe bodily injury, mutilation, suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders.
6. Spam, Malware, and Phishing. Repeated uploads of identical images, commercial ads, low-quality affiliate links, deceptive scam redirects, or malicious code payloads.

AUTOMATED MODERATION AND AI CONCEPT ASSIGNMENT
1. Pre-Publish Safety Filters. All images uploaded to Glass Gallery are scanned prior to public indexing by state-of-the-art computer vision models. Images flagged as high-risk for violence, explicit adult content, or copyright patterns are automatically sent to our moderation review queue.
2. Category Concept Assignment. Our AI classifies your images into tags (e.g., Landscape, Macro, Minimalist). Artificially spoofing, manipulating tags to spam irrelevant feeds, or attempting to poison the personalization engines will result in immediate restrictions.

ENFORCEMENT AND APPEALS
1. Content Flagging. Users can easily report violating uploads using the report flags on the image details pane.
2. Penalties. Depending on the infraction, we may remove individual posts, downgrade search rankings, apply maturity blocks, or issue permanent IP bans.
3. Appeals. If you feel your upload was incorrectly removed or flagged by our AI filters, you may submit a formal review request to support@modvc.org.
